 The American government has become the Great Satan, spreading death, destruction and chaos at home and across the globe.  Since the government was overthrown by a bipartisan Zionist cabal in 2000 the American people have been existing in an open air prison.  The politicians are no longer elected by the people to serve the interests of the people, they are installed by the globalist bankers who own them. 

Many have dual citizenship and their slavish devotion to the government of Israel overrides any loyalty to America and therefore American lives and treasure serve Israel’s apartheid state.  The American people are treated as badly as the Palestinian people with American police being trained in Israel and equipped with weapons of war. It was in this atmosphere that Donald Trump emerged as the anti-establishment candidate and won the presidency in 2016.

The W. Bush/Obama cabal that has infested our government since 2000 unleashed the CIA/FBI/MI6/Mossad forces to destroy Trump’s presidency to no avail, therefore they had to ensure he was removed in an overtly rigged election.  Donald Trump, like Toto in the Wizard of Oz pulled back the curtain and revealed the true nature of our government.  Unlike the fumbling Wizard pulling levers, spewing fire and yelling don’t look at that man behind the curtain, those who looked saw something far more horrifying.

We saw the beast laid bare the same beast that was behind the atrocities of the Crusades, Hitler’s Nazi Germany, Idi Amin’s Uganda, the Rwanda massacre, Pol Pot’s Cambodia, W. Bush’s Afghanistan and Iraq, Obama’s Libya and Syria and Biden’s Ukraine. President Trump tried to end these endless occupations that have killed and maimed millions but the evil forces remain in power no matter who occupies the White House and continues their genocide in the shadows. 

We are constantly told that Israel is the only Democracy in the Middle East but since Benjamin Netanyahu was installed in office with the plan written up by the Project for a New American Century, Israel’s form of government is anything but Democratic.  Netanyahu’s Israel has no interest in peace.  From Juan Cole at Activist Post:

Israel—the “Only Middle East Democracy”—Criminalizes Journalism, Arrests Al Jazeera Reporter for Covering East Jerusalem

The Israeli police took another step toward criminalizing journalism on Saturday when they arrested Al Jazeera Arabic correspondent Givara al-Budeiri while she was covering a demonstration in the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood of East Jerusalem marking the anniversary of the Naksa, the Setback.

That term is how is how Palestinians refer to the 1967 Israeli military occupation of the Palestinian territories. She was clearly wearing a vest marked “Press” when Israeli police assaulted her, shoved her against a wall, kicked her, packed her into a squad car and kicked her some more, then jailed her for seven hours. She complained of pain in her right side.  The Israelis released her on condition that she stay away from the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood for 15 days.

What? Why?

The Israeli authorities initially tried to accuse her of assaulting the police, but the Israeli police beating of the hapless journalist were caught on camera by the Al Jazeera cameraman, and they had to back away from that tactic. Then they said she hadn’t clearly identified herself as a journalist, but her vest is clearly visible.

The Israeli authorities are clearly trying to keep the international press away from Sheikh Jarrah. On June 10, Israeli squatter-settlers who are measuring Palestinians’ apartments for new drapes in hopes of displacing them and taking their apartments, will march provocatively through Sheikh Jarrah with Israeli flags, on “Flag Day…”

Sometime soon, as well, the Israeli courts will rule on the planned displacement of over dozens of Palestinian families from their homes in Sheikh Jarrah and Silwan.  Ms. al-Budeiri’s brutal treatment may have been intended to send a message to Al Jazeera journalists to stay away.

Note that these events happened in what Israel considers Israeli territory, not in the Occupied West Bank. Israel illegally annexed East Jerusalem to its district of Jerusalem, an act prohibited by the United Nations charter.

On Friday, Palestinian residents of Israel organized a charity run from Sheikh Jarrah to Silwan in East Jerusalem, in part to protest the upcoming displacement of families from their apartments in those two places by Israeli squatters. The Israeli security forces attacked the runners, injuring 23 of them…

So here again you have, on what the government says is Israeli soil, police beating up on people and violating the right to freely assemble, criminalizing peaceful protest.

The American government was overthrown just as Netanyahu came to power and George W. “A New Pearl Harbor”

Two years ago a project set up by the men who now surround George W Bush said what America needed was “a new Pearl Harbor.” Its published aims have, alarmingly, come true.  The threat posed by US terrorism to the security of nations and individuals was outlined in prophetic detail in a document written more than two years ago and disclosed only recently.

What was needed for America to dominate much of humanity and the world’s resources, it said, was “some catastrophic and catalysing event – like a new Pearl Harbor”. The attacks of 11 September 2001 provided the “new Pearl Harbor”, described as “the opportunity of ages”. The extremists who have since exploited 11 September come from the era of Ronald Reagan, when far-right groups and “think-tanks” were established to avenge the American “defeat” in Vietnam.

In the 1990s, there was an added agenda: to justify the denial of a “peace dividend” following the cold war. The Project for the New American Century was formed, along with the American Enterprise Institute, the Hudson Institute and others that have since merged the ambitions of the Reagan administration with those of the current Bush regime.

One of George W Bush’s “thinkers” is Richard Perle. I interviewed Perle when he was advising Reagan; and when he spoke about “total war”, I mistakenly dismissed him as mad. He recently used the term again in describing America’s “war on terror”. “No stages,” he said. “This is total war. We are fighting a variety of enemies.

There are lots of them out there. All this talk about first we are going to do Afghanistan, then we will do Iraq... this is entirely the wrong way to go about it. If we just let our vision of the world go forth, and we embrace it entirely and we don’t try to piece together clever diplomacy, but just wage a total war... our children will sing great songs about us years from now.”

Perle is one of the founders of the Project for the New American Century, the PNAC. Other founders include Dick Cheney, now vice-president, Donald Rumsfeld, defence secretary, Paul Wolfowitz, deputy defence secretary, I Lewis Libby, Cheney’s chief of staff, William J Bennett, Reagan’s education secretary, and Zalmay Khalilzad, Bush’s ambassador to Afghanistan.

These are the modern chartists of American terrorism. The PNAC’s seminal report, Rebuilding America’s Defences: strategy, forces and resources for a new century, was a blueprint of American aims in all but name. Two years ago it recommended an increase in arms-spending by $48bn so that Washington could “fight and win multiple, simultaneous major theatre wars”. This has happened. It said the United States should develop “bunker-buster” nuclear weapons and make “star wars” a national priority. This is happening. It said that, in the event of Bush taking power, Iraq should be a target. And so it is.

As for Iraq’s alleged “weapons of mass destruction”, these were dismissed, in so many words, as a convenient excuse, which it is. “While the unresolved conflict with Iraq provides the immediate justification,” it says, “the need for a substantial American force presence in the Gulf transcends the issue of the regime of Saddam Hussein.”

How has this grand strategy been implemented? A series of articles in the Washington Post, co-authored by Bob Woodward of Watergate fame and based on long interviews with senior members of the Bush administration, reveals how 11 September was manipulated.

On the morning of 12 September 2001, without any evidence of who the hijackers were, Rumsfeld demanded that the US attack Iraq. According to Woodward, Rumsfeld told a cabinet meeting that Iraq should be “a principal target of the first round in the war against terrorism”.

Iraq was temporarily spared only because Colin Powell, the secretary of state, persuaded Bush that “public opinion has to be prepared before a move against Iraq is possible”. Afghanistan was chosen as the softer option. If Jonathan Steele’s estimate in the Guardian is correct, some 20,000 people in Afghanistan paid the price of this debate with their lives.

Time and again, 11 September is described as an “opportunity”. In last April’s New Yorker, the investigative reporter Nicholas Lemann wrote that Bush’s most senior adviser, Condoleezza Rice, told him she had called together senior members of the National Security Council and asked them “to think about ‘how do you capitalise on these opportunities’”, which she compared with those of “1945 to 1947”: the start of the cold war.

Since 11 September, America has established bases at the gateways to all the major sources of fossil fuels, especially central Asia. The Unocal oil company is to build a pipeline across Afghanistan. Bush has scrapped the Kyoto Protocol on greenhouse gas emissions, the war crimes provisions of the International Criminal Court and the anti-ballistic missile treaty.

He has said he will use nuclear weapons against non-nuclear states “if necessary”. Under cover of propaganda about Iraq’s alleged weapons of mass destruction, the Bush regime is developing new weapons of mass destruction that undermine international treaties on biological and chemical warfare.

In the Los Angeles Times, the military analyst William Arkin describes a secret army set up by Donald Rumsfeld, similar to those run by Richard Nixon and Henry Kissinger and which Congress outlawed. This “super-intelligence support activity” will bring together the “CIA and military covert action, information warfare, and deception”.

According to a classified document prepared for Rumsfeld, the new organisation, known by its Orwellian moniker as the Proactive Pre-emptive Operations Group, or P2OG, will provoke terrorist attacks which would then require “counter-attack” by the United States on countries “harbouring the terrorists”.

In other words, innocent people will be killed by the United States. This is reminiscent of Operation Northwoods, the plan put to President Kennedy by his military chiefs for a phoney terrorist campaign - complete with bombings, hijackings, plane crashes and dead Americans - as justification for an invasion of Cuba. Kennedy rejected it.

He was assassinated a few months later. Now Rumsfeld has resurrected Northwoods, but with resources undreamt of in 1963 and with no global rival to invite caution. You have to keep reminding yourself this is not fantasy: that truly dangerous men, such as Perle and Rumsfeld and Cheney, have power. The thread running through their ruminations is the importance of the media: “THE PRIORITISED TASK OF BRINGING ON BOARD JOURNALISTS OF REPUTE TO ACCEPT OUR POSITION”.

“Our position” is code for lying. Certainly, as a journalist, I have never known official lying to be more pervasive than today. We may laugh at the vacuities in Tony Blair’s “Iraq dossier” and Jack Straw’s inept lie that Iraq has developed a nuclear bomb (which his minions rushed to “explain”). But the more insidious lies, justifying an unprovoked attack on Iraq and linking it to would-be terrorists who are said to lurk in every Tube station, are routinely channelled as news. They are not news; they are black propaganda.

This corruption makes journalists and broadcasters mere ventriloquists’ dummies. An attack on a nation of 22 million suffering people is discussed by liberal commentators as if it were a subject at an academic seminar, at which pieces can be pushed around a map, as the old imperialists used to do.

The issue for these humanitarians is not primarily the brutality of modern imperial domination, but how “bad” Saddam Hussein is. There is no admission that their decision to join the war party further seals the fate of perhaps thousands of innocent Iraqis condemned to wait on America’s international death row.

Their doublethink will not work. You cannot support murderous piracy in the name of humanitarianism. Moreover, the extremes of American fundamentalism that we now face have been staring at us for too long for those of good heart and sense not to recognise them.

If only John Pilger were right when he said “the extremes of American fundamentalism that we now face have been staring at us for too long for those of good heart and sense not to recognise them.” 

 But alas America’s media has been completely coopted by the intelligence agencies and the American people have been subjected to continuous terrorist attacks to keep them in a state subjugation.  All it takes to get the American people on board with this imperialist agenda is to tell them we are saving oppressed people from a vicious, murderous dictator.  From Consortium News:

George W. Bush’s Shameful Legacy in Afghanistan

Former President George W. Bush is bewailing President Joe Biden’s plan to withdraw all U.S. troops from Afghanistan.  Bush told Fox News last week, “I’m also deeply concerned about the sacrifices of our soldiers, and our intelligence community, will be forgotten,” after the war ends. Unfortunately, the vast majority of the American media has already forgotten how Bush’s lies turned U.S. intervention in Afghanistan into a quagmire that pointlessly killed and maimed thousands of American soldiers.

After Al Qaeda hijacked four airplanes on Sept. 11, wreaking death and destruction in New York and Washington, it was inevitable that the U.S. military would respond. But rather than targeting Al Qaeda and Osama Bin Laden, Bush chose to conquer Afghanistan and seek to rebuild it as some type of female-friendly utopia. While the Bush White House boasted of liberating the downtrodden Afghan people, Bush’s military geniuses let Bin Laden and other Al Qaeda leaders escape at Tora Bora.

Brazen lies permeated Bush’s efforts from the start. In his State of the Union address on Jan. 29, 2002, Bush frightened Americans with a bogus nuclear threat: “Our discoveries in Afghanistan confirmed our worst fears. . . . We have found diagrams of American nuclear power plants and public water facilities” in caves used by Al Qaeda.

Senior CIA and FBI officials followed up with “background” briefings to the media, revving up the threat that Afghan-based Al Qaeda fighters were targeting U.S. nuclear power facilities. This made the terrorist threat far more ominous and spurred support for Bush’s preemptive war policy against Iraq.

Two years later, Bush administration officials admitted that the president’s statement was completely false and that no nuclear power plant diagrams had been discovered in Afghanistan…

Sanctifying War as Women’s Victory

Bush sanctified his Afghan war as the greatest triumph for women’s liberation in modern history. In his 2002 State of the Union address, Bush boasted, “The mothers and daughters of Afghanistan were captives in their own homes.… Today women are free.” But a United Nations report the following year on rural Afghanistan concluded that “the situation of women has not changed to any great extent since the removal of the Taliban.”

New York Times columnist Nicholas Kristof, who visited Afghanistan in early 2004, reported that “many Afghan women are still captives in their homes…. The rise of banditry and rape has had a particularly devastating effect on women.

Because the roads are not safe even in daylight, girls do not dare go to schools or their mothers to health centers.” One international aid worker commented that during the Taliban era “if a woman went to market and showed an inch of flesh she would have been flogged — now she’s raped.”

In 2009, shortly after Bush’s presidency ended, THE U.S.-APPOINTED PRESIDENT OF AFGHANISTAN, HAMID KARZAI, APPROVED A LAW ENTITLING HUSBANDS TO STARVE THEIR WIVES TO DEATH IF THEY DENIED THEM SEX.

But at least the U.S. government was not systematically subsidizing the rape of women — unlike the brutal fate of Afghan boys. Since the start of Bush’s invasion of Afghanistan, the U.S. military has poured money into Afghan government operations guilty of Bacha bazi — turning young boys into sex slaves.

The Pentagon ignored the abuse until a 2015 New York Times exposé of American soldiers who were punished for protesting atrocities against young boys. The Times reported that U.S. troops were confounded that “instead of weeding out pedophiles, the American military was arming them in some cases and placing them as the commanders of villages — and doing little when they began abusing children.”

In 2017, the Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction (SIGAR) reported, “Afghan officials remain complicit, especially in the sexual exploitation … of children by Afghan security forces…”

During his 2004 reelection campaign, Bush boasted, “Thanks to the United States… Afghanistan is no longer a haven for terror. Afghanistan is a free country.” But the Bush administration did nothing to prevent the Afghan government it installed from tyrannizing the Afghan people. Even more damning, the U.S. military and CIA brazenly tortured Afghans, atrocities that President Bush perpetually denied even though it was reported as early as December 2002.

In 2004, the Los Angeles Times reported allegations that Afghan soldiers detained by the U.S. government had suffered “repeated beatings, immersion in cold water, electric shocks, being hung upside down and toenails being torn off…”

Bush has never taken responsibility or shown any remorse for setting up an illegal worldwide torture regime. During his years in the White House, Bush perennially denied that he had approved torture. But in 2010, during an author tour to promote his new memoir, he bragged about approving waterboarding for terrorist suspects.

Dishonest from Start

Bush’s Afghan war was not good intentions gone awry: It was profoundly dishonest from the start. Afghanistan quickly became nothing more than a political boasting point for Bush.  In October 2002, Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld was appalled when Bush did not even recognize the name of the U.S. general in charge of Afghanistan and had no interest in meeting him.

Christopher Kolenda, a U.S. Army colonel who repeatedly deployed to Afghanistan to advise top U.S. commanders, declared that the Afghan government had “self-organized into a kleptocracy,” a government of thieves, by 2006.  Ryan Crocker, Bush’s ambassador to Afghanistan, admitted, “Our biggest single project, sadly and inadvertently, of course, may have been the development of mass corruption.”

An investigation by SIGAR found that it was “common at military headquarters in Kabul — and at the White House — to distort statistics to make it appear the United States was winning the war when that was not the case.”  In 2019, SIGAR chief John Sopko summarized the U.S. intervention in Afghanistan: “The American people have constantly been lied to.”

Forgotten falsehoods almost guarantee new political treachery. George W. Bush now serves as a “useful idiot” for politicians who want to perpetuate America’s disastrous interventions abroad. But if there is any justice, the name of George W. Bush will live in infamy as a betrayer of American soldiers and the Afghan people as well as an enemy of decency and the U.S. Constitution.

Evil took over America in 2000 when the U.S. Supreme Court stopped the votes from being counted and declared George W. Bush President of the United States.  Bush packed the courts with extremists who do not believe in the constitution nor do they believe in the rule of law.  Those judges were confirmed by a Zionist majority in the Senate. 

 The 2021 election was a sham and now the Zionists have retaken control of the American government and are turning their attention to destroying the constitutional rights of the American people.  The wars in Afghanistan and Iraq with their torture regime laid the groundwork for the destruction of the court system in America.  From The Activist Post:

Torture Enters the Courtroom

For the first time in American history, a federal judge last week authorized the government to admit as evidence in a criminal case in a public courtroom words uttered by the defendant that were obtained under torture.

The fruits of torture – which is any cruel or degrading or intentionally painful or disorienting behavior visited upon a person in captivity to induce compliance or to gratify the torturer – are not permitted in any court in the United States, and their inducement is criminal.

Here is the backstory.

Abd al-Rahim al-Nashiri, a low-level former member of the Taliban, is accused with others of plotting the suicide bombing of the USS Cole in October 2000 that killed 17 American sailors. He has been in U.S. custody since 2002 and at the US Naval Base at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, since 2004. When he was first captured, he was turned over to the CIA for interrogation, not the Department of Justice for prosecution.

The practice of the federal government immediately following 9/11, when it captured anyone overseas from whom it believed it could extract national security information, was to hand the person over to the CIA for torture – the feds call it “enhanced interrogation” – at a “dark site” in a foreign country with which the US does not have an extradition treaty.

The reason for the location of the torture was the erroneous belief by DOJ and CIA officials that torture conducted or condoned by American personnel is not prosecutable if it occurs outside the U.S.  That has never been the law in the U.S., but it has been the practice of the DOJ and the CIA to shield their personnel with secrecy when they are caught engaging in torture in a foreign country.

However, because either the tortured person or someone connected to whatever the tortured person revealed was to be tried in a federal court, and because no federal court can admit evidence against a defendant that was obtained under torture, the feds devised a scheme around this. 

That scheme called for FBI “clean teams” to interrogate the tortured person after the torture was completed, using conventional and lawful interrogation techniques. These techniques often proved more successful than CIA torture. Because these techniques were lawful, and the person being interrogated was advised of his rights and treated humanely by the FBI, the information thus obtained from him was usable in federal court.

At trial, a defendant can always demonstrate that he had been tortured, not to obtain the jury’s sympathy but to enable his lawyers to argue to the jurors that they should disregard as unconstitutional, immoral, unlawful and un-American whatever evidence the torture produced.

Al-Nashiri’s lawyers told the court and the prosecutors at Guantanamo Bay that they intend to argue at trial to the jury that the government has the wrong man and that the true plotters have already been killed by US forces. The feds, in order to counter that argument, told the court that they have statements that al-Nashiri made during his torture that can arguably be used to question his defense...

If the trial judge had followed the law, he would have ordered the torturers into his court room and had them arrested on the spot.  But the trial judge in this case did not follow American law and rejected American values and all sense of human decency when he authorized the government to introduce at trial a partial transcript of the statements al-Nashiri allegedly made under torture.

He also broke with 230 years of precedent. He also gave judicial credibility to governmental barbarism and nihilism in the extreme, which holds that individual human beings are subject to the state and, since their rights come from the state, they and their rights exist at the pleasure of the state.

The government lies, cheats, steals and kills; and it has written laws that permit it to do so and make legal recourse against it nearly impossible.  But nothing it does is more damnable than torture.  Torture is the ultimate triumph of the state over a person and the ultimate degradation of personhood. It is a complete rejection of the values of the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution. And it doesn’t work…

Many appeals remain for al-Nashiri before his jury trial comes to pass; and torture – with all its sufferings by victim and perpetrators – is part of the history of his case. I trust that saner judicial heads in the appellate process will prevail and this precedent-shattering and monstrous decision will soon be overturned. But its damage is done.

The government of the United States engages in torture and will continue to do so until the torturers are punished. And the prosecutors for whom the torturers work will someday try again to get the fruits of their barbaric behavior legitimized in an American courtroom.

When will the government stop the use of torture? Whom will it torture next? Why does it swear to uphold the Constitution and then trash it?

The courts in America have been infested with judges who serve large corporations and have allowed predators like Chevron to torture and imprison American citizens in an extra-judicial unconstitutional system.

Now the Great Satan believes they cannot be stopped, they control all the levers of power and will not relinquish power if they have to destroy America to hold onto it.  This is the final solution as was laid out in the Project for a New American Century’s revival of Zionism and the lust for global domination.  This is the secret society that President John F. Kennedy spoke of before he was assassinated.  Will the world survive these nuclear armed lunatics?  We’ll see.  America is in need of an Exorcism.

The Biden Democrats’ extension of the CARES Act included new requirements for PUA (Pandemic Unemployment Assistance) recipients that is kicking 11 million people off of the pandemic relief by June 2^nd that will throw people and their families into the street overnight.  At the same time congress increased the Pentagon budget by $20 billion.  The Squad says Biden has exceeded expectations, Wall Street agrees. Liz Cheney fist-bumps Biden.

There is a large segment of the Republican voters who are sick to death of the establishment Republicans.  There is a large segment of the Democratic voters who are sick to death of the establishment Democrats.  More and more we are seeing these two disparate groups coming together and forming a bond recognizing how many of our priorities we share.   It is an amazing time we are living in because across the globe the people are joining forces with people they never thought they would ever find common ground with and forming a brotherhood of solidarity.

A recent Gallup Poll showed:

WASHINGTON, D.C. -- Americans' desire for a third party has ticked up since last fall and now sits at a high in Gallup's trend. Sixty-two percent of U.S. adults say the "parties do such a poor job representing the American people that a third party is needed," an increase from 57% in September. Support for a third party has been elevated in recent years, including readings of 60% in 2013 and 2015 and 61% in 2017.

Is it any wonder? Just look at the priorities of our “elected leaders.”  During any crisis the establishment’s first priority is to bail out Wall Street.  Rahm Emmanuel said “never let a good crisis go to waste” but today’s establishment politicians create a crisis and then use that crisis to justify taking the people’s constitutional freedoms away while transferring trillions from the Treasury into the hands of the globalist industrial complex.

Establishment politicians have kept the American people in constant crisis since the stolen election of 2000.  Both parties have purged true Liberal Democrats and true Conservative Republicans from their ranks.  The crisis that was the Florida recount of 2000 allowed the instillation of an unelected shadow government infested with neocon and neoliberal war criminals and war profiteers who never leave.

No matter who occupies the White House, this cabal is in charge of foreign and domestic policy and uses the power of the CIA as well as the MI6 and Mossad to protect those politicians who they favor and use their power to destroy those who would challenge them.  The CIA conducts False Flag domestic assaults to keep the American people in constant trauma.  So who are the powers that be?  From State of the Nation:

Biomedical research ultimately protects public health, said Dr. Anthony Fauci, in explaining his support for controversial research.  Dr. Anthony Fauci is an adviser to President Donald Trump and something of an American folk hero for his steady, calm leadership during the pandemic crisis…

But just last year (2019), the National Institute for Allergy and Infectious Diseases, the organization led by Dr. Fauci, funded scientists at the Wuhan Institute of Virology and other institutions for work on gain-of-function research on bat coronaviruses.

In 2019, with the backing of NIAID, the National Institutes of Health committed $3.7 million over six years for research that included some gain-of-function work. The program followed another $3.7 million, 5-year project for collecting and studying bat coronaviruses, which ended in 2019, bringing the total to $7.4 million.

Many scientists have criticized gain of function research, which involves manipulating viruses in the lab to explore their potential for infecting humans, because it creates a risk of starting a pandemic from accidental release.

SARS-CoV-2 , the virus now causing a global pandemic, is believed to have originated in bats. U.S. intelligence, after originally asserting that the coronavirus had occurred naturally, conceded last month that the pandemic may have originated in a leak from the Wuhan lab…

The NIH research consisted of two parts. The first part began in 2014 and involved surveillance of bat coronaviruses, and had a budget of $3.7 million. The program funded Shi Zheng-Li, a virologist at the Wuhan lab, and other researchers to investigate and catalogue bat coronaviruses in the wild. This part of the project was completed in 2019.

A second phase of the project, beginning that year, included additional surveillance work but also gain-of-function research for the purpose of understanding how bat coronaviruses could mutate to attack humans. The project was run by EcoHealth Alliance, a non-profit research group, under the direction of President Peter Daszak, an expert on disease ecology. NIH canceled the project just this past Friday, April 24^th (2020)…

The project proposal states: "We will use S protein sequence data, infectious clone technology, in vitro and in vivo infection experiments and analysis of receptor binding to test the hypothesis that % divergence thresholds in S protein sequences predict spillover potential."

In layman's terms, "spillover potential" refers to the ability of a virus to jump from animals to humans, which requires that the virus be able to attach to receptors in the cells of humans. SARS-CoV-2, for instance, is adept at binding to the ACE2 receptor in human lungs and other organs.

According to Richard Ebright, an infectious disease expert at Rutgers University, the project description refers to experiments that would enhance the ability of bat coronavirus to infect human cells and laboratory animals using techniques of genetic engineering. In the wake of the pandemic, that is a noteworthy detail.

Dr. Fauci is renowned for his work on the HIV/AIDS crisis in the 1990s. Born in Brooklyn, he graduated first in his class from Cornell University Medical College in 1966. As head of NIAID since 1984, he has served as an adviser to every U.S. president since Ronald Reagan.

A decade ago, during a controversy over gain-of-function research on bird-flu viruses, Dr. Fauci played an important role in promoting the work. He argued that the research was worth the risk it entailed because it enables scientists to make preparations, such as investigating possible anti-viral medications that could be useful if and when a pandemic occurred.

The work in question was a type of gain-of-function research that involved taking wild viruses and passing them through live animals until they mutate into a form that could pose a pandemic threat.

Scientists used it TO TAKE A VIRUS THAT WAS POORLY TRANSMITTED AMONG HUMANS AND MAKE IT INTO ONE THAT WAS HIGHLY TRANSMISSIBLE—a hallmark of a pandemic virus. This work was done by infecting a series of ferrets, allowing the virus to mutate until a ferret that hadn't been deliberately infected contracted the disease.

The work entailed risks that worried even seasoned researchers. MORE THAN 200 SCIENTISTS CALLED FOR THE WORK TO BE HALTED. The problem, they said, is that it increased the likelihood that a pandemic would occur through a laboratory accident…

Nevertheless, in 2014, under pressure from the Obama administration, the National of Institutes of Health instituted a moratorium on the work, suspending 21 studies.

Three years later, though—in December 2017—the NIH ended the moratorium and the second phase of the NIAID project, which included the gain-of-function research, began. The NIH established a framework for determining how the research would go forward: scientists have to get approval from a panel of experts, who would decide whether the risks were justified.

THE REVIEWS WERE INDEED CONDUCTED—BUT IN SECRET, for which the NIH has drawn criticism. In early 2019, after a reporter for Science magazine discovered that the NIH had approved two influenza research projects that used gain of function methods, scientists who oppose this kind of research excoriated the NIH in an editorial in the Washington Post.

"We have serious doubts about whether these experiments should be conducted at all," wrote Tom Inglesby of Johns Hopkins University and Marc Lipsitch of Harvard. "[W]ith deliberations kept behind closed doors, none of us will have the opportunity to understand how the government arrived at these decisions or to judge the rigor and integrity of that process."

Hmm, in 2017 when Donald Trump was president Fauci’s NIH resumed the dangerous research.  “Scientists used it (gain-of-function research) to take a virus that was poorly transmitted among humans and make it into one that was highly transmissible—a hallmark of a pandemic virus.” How fortuitous for a Deep State cabal that was hell bent on removing Trump for office at all costs.

Under George W. The 'COVID-industrial complex' — a web of Big Pharma, Big Tech, and politicians — are profiting off the pandemic at the expense of the public

In the aftermath of the coronavirus pandemic, several companies and individuals have gained financially.  Some of these profits have been characterized by secrecy, overpricing, cronyism, inefficiency, and unfairness. There is something morally wrong with excessive gains made while millions of people are suffering.

It has been over a year since the World Health Organization declared the coronavirus pandemic a public health emergency of international concern. The pandemic has left in its wake fear, death, and economic ruin to millions of people worldwide.

However, for Big Pharma, Big Tech, outsourced corporates, management consultants, military outfits, politicians and their cronies, and a select number of scientists, life has been good. These individuals and organizations benefiting from the pandemic constitute what I call the COVID-industrial complex (CIC).

The COVID-industrial complex is a transnational multi-billion dollar public-private partnership. It is a well-oiled machine, hence why it is only appropriate to add it to the select list of industrial complexes where "Businesses become entwined in social or political systems or institutions, creating or bolstering a profit economy from these systems." 

Under this industrial complex, the government, which sits at the top of the food chain, uses its financial power to create an enabling environment that rewards other participants in the CIC. Some may justify the existence of the COVID-industrial complex because overspending and waste are permissible if it results in saved lives.

Others may argue that capitalism rewards those who produce things that are rare and valuable. While there is nothing wrong with making a profit, there is something morally wrong when the excessive gain is made on the back of people's misery, primarily when characterized by secrecy, overpricing, cronyism, inefficiency, and unfairness.

Excessive profiteering

Several COVID contracts have been awarded without a proper competitive tendering process. An investigation by USA Today on 15 of the states most impacted by the pandemic revealed over 1,600 COVID contracts with no competitive bids. SOME OF THE CONTRACTS EVEN WENT TO VENDORS ENGAGED IN TAX FRAUD.

According to the National Audit Office, between March 2020 and July 2020, the British government awarded £10.5 billion (roughly $14.4 billion) in COVID contracts without a competitive tender process. NPR identified 250 companies that got COVID deals worth more than $1 million without going through a fully competitive bidding process. These companies included a company that imported vodka.

In some instances, funds for COVID emergencies have been utilized for other uses, as in the case of the Pentagon, which diverted some of the $1 billion funds meant to build up the country's supplies of medical equipment. Instead, the fund was channelled to defense contractors and used to produce jet engines, body armor, and uniforms…

In Britain, the current chancellor, Rishi Sunak, is a co-founder of Theleme Partners, a hedge fund with a $500 million investment in Moderna. As of November 2020, the UK Government had secured 7 million doses of the Moderna vaccine. Sunak has refused to disclose whether he will profit from the vaccine. In Germany, two members of the Christian Democratic Union resigned over allegations of profiting from brokering deals to procure face masks.

Governments around the world have purchased vaccines from Big Pharma for their citizens. According to the Financial Times, at least 476 million doses of coronavirus vaccines have been administered worldwide as of March. Pfizer, which jointly produces the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine, expects $15 billion in 2021 sales based on current deals. Barclays forecasts sales of $19.6 billion in 2021, $12.2 billion in 2022, and $11.4 billion in 2023 for Moderna, assuming regular vaccinations. Over the past year, Moderna's share price has risen by 372%...

As people socially distance globally, they have come to rely on technology to go about their daily lives. Governments have also engaged the services of tech giants. A consortium of Big Tech firms such as Microsoft, Oracle, and Salesforce has teamed up to develop a digital vaccine passport.

'It's a crisis though'

Some may argue that Big Pharma and Big Tech deserve to make excessive profits from the pandemic because they are working towards ending the crisis. But this argument cannot withstand analysis. Big Pharma and Big Tech have benefited significantly from taxpayers' government-funded research. The US government has spent $10 billion to support the development of potential drugs and vaccines to fight coronavirus.

Also, Big Pharma has benefited historically from tax breaks that increase its cash flow — an intellectual property regime that enables it to overcharge patients and a legal framework that gives it the upper hand in prescription drugs price negotiations.

Furthermore, concerning the production of the COVID vaccine, the risk-reward principle has been turned on its head. The UK and US governments have given Pfizer indemnity, protecting it from legal action should people die or have a severe vaccine reaction.

According to CNBC, "If you experience severe side effects after getting a Covid vaccine, lawyers tell CNBC there is basically no one to blame in a US court of law." As a consequence of these legal protections, the government has provided an asymmetric environment whereby Big Pharma privatizes the gains from the vaccine rollout. At the same time, the risks are socialized by the public…

On January 17, 1961, President Dwight D. Eisenhower delivered his final address to America. During the speech, he introduced the concept of the military-industrial complex. He cautioned on the influence of the military-industrial complex, the power of money and state capture by a scientific-technological elite.

Major bailouts went to big corporations, giving them lasting security, while the rest of us got a temporary Band-Aid.

More than two months have passed since the initial $2 trillion coronavirus relief bill, the CARES Act, was signed into law, and the American people desperately need more. The $1,200 stimulus checks have no doubt been spent by those who have seen their other income run dry. Many who need it most, including the lowest earners and homeless, still haven’t received their checks.

The Paycheck Protection Program, meanwhile, ran out of funds within days, with many small businesses left in the lurch (more funding was authorized in April). These loans were only meant to cover eight weeks of payroll anyway, so even those businesses that obtained loans are now once more on their own.

By contrast, the money set aside for large corporations through the CARES Act, derided by many progressives as an unnecessary bailout, has the potential to cement economic inequality long-term, like the 2008 bank bailouts before them. Most recently, in a striking instance of in-your-face duplicity, Joe Biden announced his new crusade against gun ownership the same week that credible evidence surfaced that Hunter had obtained a .38 caliber handgun by lying on the application about his drug use — well-documented in his discharge record from the Navy Reserve (for failing a cocaine blood test), as well as his repeat visits to drug rehab clinics.

In 2018, it happened that his then-paramour, Hallie Biden, fearing for his behavior, took the gun from Hunter’s car and tossed in a dumpster outside a Wilmington food market. Directly afterward, the Secret Service office in Wilmington went to the gun-shop, StarQuest Shooters & Survival Supply, to ask for the forms Hunter had filled out and signed to buy the gun, which itself was never recovered…

The gross failure of federal authority, and abuse of authority, in this land is an ongoing process. You can date it back to wherever you like — say, to all the confusion and deception around the JFK assassination, or even further — but it had never been so broad, so deep, and so blatant as when Donald Trump became a candidate and all the resources of the CIA, DOJ, and the FBI were marshaled against him in the phony operations that became RussiaGate. Defying reality, the Times falsely claimed that “his first 100 days…reflect a clear understanding of why he was elected (sic) and what the American people now expect of him (sic).”

The above rubbish doesn’t rise to the level of bad fiction.  More of the same followed, falsely claiming he “confront(ed) the one-two public-health-and-economic punch of the pandemic (sic).”   Hidden from public view most often, he solely “confront(s)” his cognitively deteriorated state.

Falsely claiming that the Biden regime delivered on “targeted promises,” the Times ignored its war on humanity at home and abroad.  Along with systematically suppressing its bad faith intentions toward Iran, the Times ignores how Biden regime hardliners push the envelope dangerously toward possible war on Russia and China.

Its announced intention to withdraw US combat troops from Afghanistan by September 11 was head-fake deception. Plans by US dark forces are to continue infesting the country with Pentagon special forces, jihadist proxy fighters, and exploitive private military contractors (PMCs).

They intend no end to controlling as much of Afghan territory as possible, plundering its resources, and maintaining US military bases in the country — as platforms for regional aggression.  The Biden regime’s domestic and foreign policy perhaps intends going beyond the worst of where its predecessors went — not the other way around as the Times falsely claimed.

Out-of-touch and uninvolved in affairs of state, the Times embarrassed itself by praising Biden’s first 100 days — falsely claiming he “restored humanity to the” White House (sic). 

The broadsheet defied reality by saying he “approaches (challenges) with compassion and decency (sic).”  “(A)im(ing) to comfort rather than to inflame (sic)…(h)e’s making bipartisanship cool again (sic).”  Inventing its own reality by making stuff up is longstanding Times policy.

Its management, editors, correspondents, columnists, and contributors long ago abandoned journalism as it should be.  Featuring state-approved talking points rubbish, daily editions exclude all the news that’s fit to print.  Following them — in lieu of reliable sources of news, information and opinion — assures being mind-manipulated and uninformed on what’s most important for everyone to know.

You have to give Stephen Lendman credit for sifting through that vomit inducing piece of clap trap in the Times.  With 62 % of the American people wanting a third party the time is now.  It is the only way to stop more terror attacks against the American people by our own government and to hold the satanic culprits accountable.  This is our country not theirs.  The Covid-19 and Cares Act are blatant examples of their disdain and hatred for the American people.  Both are actually terror attacks not relief packages and it is time to rid the People’s House of their evil.  Let’s be saboteurs.

 

American Think Tanks’ Global Destruction of Democracy and Hybrid Police Forces

American think tanks’ plans for the global destruction of democracies have come full circle.  America, the petri dish where the think tanks laid the foundation for destruction of society, is erupting in civil violence pitting citizens against a hybrid police force that was the brainchild of the RAND Corporation.

Through urban renewal, corporate for-profit charter schools for minorities, destruction of the social safety net and the destruction of families through a for profit prison system created by Wall Street banks, democracy is dead or dying.  

Engorged in wealth stolen from the U.S. Treasury, the Federal Reserve Bank and the Central Banks of the world have used the assets of the EU, NATO and America to fund private mercenary armies marauding across America, the Middle East, Eurasia and the Pacific Rim.

The RAND Corporation, one of the most fecund research arms of the Military-Industrial-Homeland Security Complex, has released a study entitled A Stability Police Force for the United States: Justification and Creating U.S. Capabilities.

The SPFOR (to use the inevitable acronym) would be a “hybrid” military/law enforcement unit created within the U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) for use “in a range of tasks such as crowd and riot control, special weapons and tactics (SWAT), and investigations of organized criminal groups” — both abroad, in UN-directed multilateral military operations, and at home, as dictated by the needs of the Regime….

The RAND study, which was conducted for the U.S. Army’s Peacekeeping and Stability Operations Institute, recommended using the Marshals Service rather than the US Army’s Military Police as host for the SPFOR in order to avoid conflicts with the Posse Comitatus Act, which forbids (albeit in principle more than in practice) the domestic use of the military as a law enforcement body.

So you have a billionaire think tank making recommendations on how to create an extrajudicial police force for “controlling” the people when they rise up and demand accountability for the destruction of their country and government.

Back in 1961, the U.S. Government produced a document entitled “Freedom From War” that envisioned the creation of a globe-spanning United Nations “Peace Force” that would work in collaboration with a militarized “internal security” force in each country….

While the monstrosity headquartered on the East River is a proper target of our scorn and hostility, the new RAND study underscores the fact that if “peacekeepers” end up patrolling American streets, they probably won’t be foreigners in blue berets, but homegrown jackboots commanded by Washington.

A recent interview in Pacific Rim with John McMurtry, a Fellow of the Royal Society of Canada, describes the destruction of the social systems in Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria, Ukraine etc.

At the same time vast new profits, resources, lands, price climbs, markets, agribusiness and – most of all – looting of public resources and finances by private foreign financiers and corporations proceeds more freely with stable social fabrics destroyed, not only in the victim societies but at home…

The RAND Corporation has been writing guidelines for puppet governments installed after the CIA instigates “riots” and removes the elected governments.  In Ukraine after the CIA removed their elected president Yanukovych, he was replaced with think tank approved billionaire, Poroshenko.  RAND’s plan for Poroshenko was leaked to the press. Even if the leaked plan of ‘handling’ Ukrainian crisis was not produced by the RAND corporation, events on the ground very much resemble the shocking points of the memo and the “guidelines for genocide” exported by the US, Don Debar from CPR News told RT.

A memorandum, recently leaked to online media, suggested surrounding eastern Ukrainian cities and placing citizens in internment camps. The document bears a logo of RAND corporation think-tank, but the company denies producing such a report.

RT: What do you make of this leak? How realistic does it sound?

Don Debar: Well actually knowing something about RAND Corporation, that is where reports credit the memo, it rings very true. RAND Corporation in the 1950s, for example, was contracted to take a look at the emerging political power of minorities in the cities.

People were learning, as they got concentrated at the ghettos, people actually learned that they could accumulate political power, elect people to Congress, and state legislators and things. And this became a problem for the status quo.

So RAND basically advised them to destroy neighborhoods, scatter the populations to the four corners of the region and thereby decimate political power. And urban renewal accomplished that. As far as its coming from RAND it is quite credible to me, it is the kind of work that they engage in.

When you look at Ferguson, Missouri and Baltimore, Maryland it looks like the RAND plan, destroy neighborhoods and scatter the populations to decimate the power to elect your government.  It works the same in any nation, just like Hermann Goering said in the Nuremburg Trials:

"Why of course the people don't want war. Why should some poor slob on a farm want to risk his life in a war when the best he can get out of it is to come back to his farm in one piece? Naturally the common people don't want war neither in Russia, nor in England, nor for that matter in Germany. That is understood.

But, after all, it is the leaders of the country who determine the policy and it is always a simple matter to drag the people along, whether it is a democracy, or a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders.

That is easy. All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked, and denounce the peacemakers for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same in any country."

Goering is right, it works the same in any country, to provoke a civil war you must have one group of people in a country driven into hatred of another group of people in the country and destroy the country from within. 

So how did think tanks use the “Goering doctrine” in America?  According to an LA Times Article from 1989, Enterprise Zones.  Sounds a lot like what the Republican Party is peddling today as Opportunity Zones.  The same anti-Democratic ideas are as popular today in the GOP as they were in the 80’s.  

In 1989 the plan was called Enterprise Zones, today Barack Obama and the “Reagan Democrats” that shoe horned him into the White House have embraced the plan that has proved to be devastating for America in the past.  From Bloomberg in1992.

Conservatives have said for a decade that inner cities… The urban solution: Give businesses tax breaks, and they will come.

Now, in the wake of the Los Angeles riots, the "enterprise zones" notion is moving out of right field. Suddenly, much of Washington is working on a plan to sweeten existing, state-sponsored enterprise programs with federal tax breaks. The aim is to create jobs by providing tax relief to businesses that settle in the desolate areas.

Yep, the GOP and the “Reagan Democrats” never get tired of the same old failed idea, it just gets recycled and recycled devastating the world, while enriching the few.

LIGHT INDUSTRY. The program has long been popular outside of Washington: Since 1982, 38 states have created 600 enterprise zones in blighted inner-city neighborhoods. Phoenix Lighting Products Corp., a manufacturer of lighting equipment on Chicago's depressed West Side, opened its doors four years ago with the help of a 57% reduction in state and local taxes. Says co-owner David Hesse: "It would have been really tough to make it without the enterprise zone."

But experts believe that few businesses will want to move into troubled neighborhoods--even if federal aid is available. "The additional cost of doing business in these communities is significant enough that tax incentives alone can't offset the cost of insurance, security, and the ability to recruit a skilled work force," says Chris Walker, a researcher at the Urban Institute, a Washington think tank…

There are some basic drawbacks to enterprise zones. Some businesses move into the zones from outside--a zero-sum game that creates jobs in one area at the expense of another. And the goal of employing residents often isn't met, largely because companies can't find the skilled workers they need in the community.

That’s right, pick winners and losers and then pit them against each other for necessities of everyday life.

In the Benton Harbor (Mich.) enterprise zone, for instance, the 101 companies that get tax breaks are encouraged to hire residents from the community, which has a 28% jobless rate. 

But David J. Yardley, an executive at TRIAX Inc., a custom metal fabricator, says no more than 40% of the 40 jobs at his company go to city residents. Few locals have the required skills for the engineering and support-staff jobs, he says. "It's not the residents' fault," he says. "They're just entrapped in a cycle of poverty."

HALF THE TAX. New Jersey's enterprise-zone program is considered one of the best--and, at nine years, one of the oldest. Nearly 2,500 companies have moved into 10 New Jersey zones, where they're exempt from paying sales tax on personal property and on the cost of materials to renovate buildings.

So with a record like that a prudent person would probably look at the Clinton years of successes, but there are no prudent persons in the GOP nor in the “Reagan Democrats” only think tank lackeys, like Rand Paul.  Paul was front and center in 2013 with his version of “enterprise zones” supported by Barack Obama and Paul Ryan.  From Breitbart:

Here we go again.

Some of the idea we took from Jack Kemp who had something called ‘Enterprise Zones.’ But we’ve gone a little bit farther because we think in some ways the ‘Enterprise Zones’ never quite lived up to their potential because they weren’t dramatic enough. 

Oh, so the Enterprise Zones didn’t work, not because it’s a for-shit idea, but it didn’t inflict enough pain on the people, “they weren’t dramatic enough.”  So what does Paul offer to make them “dramatic” enough?

Paul said this kind of a plan would be able to save Detroit without a federal government bailout — something that he had previously told Breitbart News would never happen on his watch…

“The difference is with this is if you leave your money in the hands of successful businesses, you’re not deciding who the winners and losers are; the customer is,” Paul said…

Paul thinks the Republicans should flip these issues on their heads; all while getting results with true conservatives economic policies in the inner city…

Paul said he thinks Republicans need to go out into these communities and actually talk to people, like he has done. “I think one of the best examples of that is Jack Kemp,” Paul said…. He tried to go into the impoverished neighborhoods, visit soup kitchens, visit the community centers and find where there is a place where you connect with people.”

Well after the overthrow of the American government, you won’t have to travel far to visit an impoverished neighborhood.  However, after sequester and slashing all safety nets across the board, you’d be hard pressed to find a soup kitchen with food.

The think tanks in America with their media monopoly, their cable TV funded C-Span programming, Republican operatives on the Supreme Court turning back the clock on civil rights and voting rights laws, plan to spend billions on electing a new lackey to continue with the status quo:  American Think Tanks’ Global Destruction of Democracy And Hybrid Police Forces
