The nightmare that began December 12^th, 2000 when the American government was overthrown by rightwing Zealots hell bent on a New World Order of endless war is now over.  America has joined the UK to forge a new era of power to the people.  The global banking cartels who engorged themselves on the largess of nations will now be put to heel.  Let the healing begin.  The FBI, CIA and Pentagon who have usurped the power of the Executive Branch and have been running rogue agencies answerable to no one will no longer have free reign with unlimited access to America’s treasury.

Draining the swamp

That great sucking sound you hear is the plug being pulled and the swamp being drained.  Who won last night?  The American people and the people of the world.  Who lost last night?  The Democratic and Republican elite, who have benefited from the decimation of America over the last sixteen years.  It is time to clear the decks and start from scratch under a Donald Trump Administration.  No holdovers.

Drain the FBI swamp of political hacks

The FBI, the great domestic surveillance agency and protector of the American people has been infiltrated with political hacks bent on destroying America.  There’s a saying, one bad apple spoils the barrel.  The FBI has not been spoiled by a bad apple at the bottom, but has been spoiled by a rotten layer at the top.  It is time to skim the scum off the top and allow the career agents comprised of attorneys and forensic accountants to take over to protect America from enemies foreign and domestic.

“The [Syria ceasefire] agreement also has powerful critics inside the Obama administration, including Defense Secretary Ashton Carter. On Tuesday, Pentagon officials refused to say whether they would comply with their part of the deal, which calls on the United States to share information with the Russians on Islamic State targets in Syria if the cease-fire holds for seven days…

What is so surprising here is the non-surprise evinced by the editorial writers of the New York Times. The Board blandly states that the Defense Secretary and the Pentagon might not comply. Not a hint of surprise is evident at the constitutional implications of this open defiance of Presidential authority.

No, rather the Board seems to view it as quite natural and commendable that Carter should refuse to comply with this “unusual and risky” proposition. But this was not some “proposition for collaboration.” This was an agreed formal accord between the United States and another state – reached after lengthy negotiations, and done with Presidential mandate.

In brief, President Obama’s authority is no more – if it runs against the settled opinion of the Pentagon, the CIA, the New York Times, the Washington Post and of the Democratic Party’s Presidential candidate. It is not unreasonable therefore to assume that Obama’s grudging détente with a Russian President that he personally, viscerally dislikes, is now no more than diplomatic chatter…

Challenging Obama’s Authority

Cross-accusations are flying over who did what in Syria these last days, but what comes through is that Obama is facing likely insurmountable dissidence, even open disobedience, within his own Administration…

How long do you think that “insurmountable dissidence and open disobedience” will last in a Donald Trump Administration?  Do you believe that Trump will be overruled by the Pentagon, the CIA, the New York Times and the Washington Post?  Hardly.

It’s a new day in America, this is what American elections are about.  Hillary Clinton put up a valiant fight and won the popular vote in spite of the unprecedented attacks by the FBI director and the GOP controlled congress.  But in the end it was Donald Trump who prevailed and now America must come together and work to heal the deep wounds that have persisted since the stolen election of 2000. 

Democracy has been restored, the American people once again had a choice and a voice.  At some point Americans must decide if we want to continue with an Electoral College system where 12-15 states choose the president.  But for now, God speed and power to the people.  May peace and harmony return to the world.

Election 2016: the CIA and FBI vs. the American people

James Comey’s politicization of the FBI has had detrimental effects on the agency that will tarnish the august institution for generations to come.  Comey, who had no law enforcement background, was nominated to head up America’s domestic intelligence agency by Barack Obama, whose presidential campaign was funded by Wall Street Banks.  During Obama’s presidential campaign, three-quarters of a billion dollars was funneled into the coffers of Obama in the biggest quid pro quo in America’s history.

After the election of Obama as president, the nations’ agencies were stacked with Wall Street Banker’s most loyal of agents in order to protect the banks from prosecution for crashing the global economy in favor of pure, unadulterated greed.  Obama’s first Attorney General, Wall Street’s own Eric Holder, ensured there would be no investigations nor prosecutions.  Nay, not only would the taxpayers bail out Wall Street but those at the top would collect hundreds of millions in bonuses.  From Rolling Stone:

Now he will presumably collect assloads of money from those very same bankers. It's one of THE BIGGEST QUID PRO QUO DEALS in the history of government service…

Yes, Eric Holder let the big banks off the hook to the tune of billions of dollars extracted from American taxpayers to bail out American and European banksters, one of which was HSBC the British based bank that laundered money for Mexican drug cartels through US satellite banking offices.

Anyone who even tries to claim that none of the banks actually did anything illegal should be directed to the HSBC settlement of December 2012. In this deferred prosecution agreement, Europe's largest bank paid $1.92 billion to settle their responsibility for violations of the Bank Secrecy Act and other laws.

This is from a description of HSBC's crimes by Holder's Justice Department:

"As a result of HSBC Bank USA's AML failures, at least $881 million in drug trafficking proceeds – including proceeds of drug trafficking by the Sinaloa Cartel in Mexico…were laundered through HSBC Bank USA."

You might remember the Sinaloa cartel for their ISIS-style, unforgettably upsetting torture videos. HSBC washed their cash. They even created special teller windows to make their deposits easier. This is admitted, not alleged.

But Holder went out of his way to let them keep their U.S. charter. HE GAVE THEIR EXECUTIVES A GRAND TOTAL OF ZERO DAYS IN JAIL, ZERO DOLLARS IN INDIVIDUAL FINES…

Holder contributed countless subtle inventions to soften punishments.  The most revolting in my view was allowing banks like Chase the courtesy of calling their settlements "remedial payments" instead of fines for wrongdoing.

This seemingly insignificant semantic tweak allowed the bank to call $7 billion of their settlement a business expense, which meant they could claim it as a tax deduction, which in turn meant that taxpayers like you and me paid a whopping $2.45 billion of Chase's penalty.

And guess who one of those Executives that received a “grand total of zero days in jail and zero dollars in individual fines” was?  None other than James Comey.  That’s right, James Comey one of the executives at HSBC Bank was involved with money laundering and drug money trafficking in the US through a British owned bank that cost American tax payers $881 million in “drug trafficking proceeds.”

Obama is Bush’s Third Term

In 2009 Mother Jones wrote an article called “Bush's Third Term?  You're living it.”  In the article they outline what George W. Bush would have done if he had a third term.

In fact, the whole executive branch would be packed with disreputable corporate executive types. You'd have somebody like John ("May I torture this one some more, please?") Rizzo still serving, at least for a while, as general counsel at the CIA. The White House and Justice Department would be crawling with corporate cronies, people like John Brennan, Greg Craig, James Jones, and ERIC HOLDER.

In addition, the bank bailouts Bush and his economic team initiated in his second term would still be rolling along…  Ben Bernanke, for instance, would certainly have been reappointed to run the Fed…

If the Democrats in Congress attempted to pass any set of needed reforms like, to take an example, new healthcare legislation, Bush, the third termer, would have held secret meetings in the White House with insurance and drug company executives to devise a means to turn such proposals to their advantage.

This dark fantasy of a third Bush term is… an accurate portrait of Obama's first term to date.

Yes, in 2008 Americans were desperate for change, they were promised by Obama and Biden, they would get universal healthcare.  Medicare for all. Instead what was passed was the GOP’s Wall Street profit driven health insurance plan written by the right-wing Heritage Foundation.  Once the plan was repackaged in black face under the cover of a “Democratic” administration, any opposition was quickly extinguished as being racist.

After taking office in December 2015, President Macri unleashed the ‘animal instincts’ of the market and the carrion birds flocked in.  US ‘vulture funds’ scooped up and demanded payment for on old Argentine debt ‘valued’ at $3.5 billion – constituting a 1,000% return on their initial investment.  A devaluation of the peso of 50% tripled inflation and drove down wages by 20%.

Firing over 200,000 public sector employees, slapping 400% price increases on utilities and transport, driving small and medium size firms into bankruptcy and enraged consumers into the streets ended the honeymoon with the Argentine electorate quite abruptly.  This initial massive dose of free enterprise ‘medicine’ was prescribed by the local and Wall Street bankers and investors who had promised a new golden era for capitalism!  …

Brazil:  Wall Street’s Three Month ‘Whirl-Wind’ Honeymoon

Oligarchs cheer Comey's “hail Mary pass” to defeat Clinton & Trump on November 8th

On Friday, October 28^th just eleven days before the presidential election, the oligarchs threw a “hail Mary” pass, not to Donald Trump but to Paul Ryan, the oligarch’s speaker of the house.  The oligarch controlled congress has been teed up to decide the election should neither candidate garner the 270 electoral votes required to become president.  Republican James Comey, Director of the FBI and oligarch’s handmaiden delivered a blow to the frontrunner in the presidential race, Hillary Clinton when he sent a letter to the Senate Judiciary Committee stating the FBI was “reopening an investigation” into the e-mails of Hillary Clinton.  From Newsweek:

Also, none of the emails were to or from Clinton, the official said. What convinces me that the Oligarchy intends to steal the election is the vast difference between the presstitutes' reporting and the facts on the ground.  According to the presstitutes, Hillary is so far ahead that there is no point in Trump supporters bothering to vote…  I am yet to see one Hillary yard sign, but Trump signs are everywhere. Reports I receive are that Hillary's public appearances are unattended but Trump's are so heavily attended that people have to be turned away. This is a report from a woman in Florida:

"Trump has pulled huge numbers all over FL while campaigning here this week. I only see Trump signs and stickers in my wide travels. I dined at a Mexican restaurant last night. Two women my age sitting behind me were talking about how they had tried to see Trump when he came to Tallahassee. They left work early, arriving at the venue at 4:00 for a 6:00 rally. The place was already over capacity so they were turned away. It turned out that there were so many people there by 2:00 that the doors had to be opened to them. The women said that the crowds present were a mix of races and ages."

Interesting, in order for the oligarchs to succeed with a coup d'état this election is to create their own reality.  In other words they must convince the people that the two front runners are so unpopular that they cannot amass the 270 electoral votes to become president.  It’s the old “who are you going to believe me or your own lyin’ eyes.”   A free and honest press is vital to Democracy and we do not have a free or honest press.  Now AT&T is planning on merging with Time Warner to form the largest media monopoly in history, but Donald Trump has stated unequivocally his administration will block this unholy marriage.  From Bloomberg:

Donald Trump said he would block the AT&T Inc.-Time Warner Inc. tie-up if he becomes president, arguing that such media combinations leave too much power concentrated among too few companies, including ones he says are hostile to his presidential bid and rigging the election for Hillary Clinton.

The Republican commented during a speech on Saturday in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, billed as an unveiling of Trump’s “contract with the voter” and prospective actions for his first 100 days…  Trump also suggested he would favor a breakup of NBC and Comcast Corp., a merger completed in 2013.

Such deals, he said, are “poison” to democracy and result in companies “telling the voters what to think and what to do.” Trump, who has called the U.S. election rigged multiple times this month, didn’t discuss mergers among non-media companies.

Well, well is Trump right?  Are such deals as the NBC/Comcast and AT&T/Time Warner poison to democracy?  From Silicon Beat:

AT&T developed Hemisphere in 2007, and it’s now used in 28 Drug Enforcement Agency intelligence centers, according to the article. Employees of the telecom reportedly analyze AT&T’s data on users to give information to the DEA.

Gee, that seems in violation of the constitution of America.  Sounds like a case for the US Supreme Court, our highest authority on the constitution.  An august body above reproach for their “non-partisan” interpretation of the constitution.  Not.  From Slate:

So the oligarch controlled GOP has drawn a line in the sand, if the GOP loses the election they will not confirm any Supreme Court Justice nominated by a Democrat, effectively initiating a judicial coup.  Only a SCOTUS approved by the oligarchs is “legitimate.”  So will the 2016 election be stolen by the oligarchs?  In order to do so there must be massive, behind-the-scenes fraud.  From Insider Fox News:

Officials in 2 States Say Early Voters Want to Change Their Ballots

Voters in Minnesota and Wisconsin have the option of changing their vote if they cast their ballots early or as absentees.  Rich Edson reported on "America's Election HQ" today that officials in the two states have confirmed that some voters are indeed changing their minds and their ballots.  Edson reported that the Minnesota Secretary of State's Office says that voters can ask to cancel their ballot until the close of business one week before Election Day.  "Wisconsin officials say voters can cancel their absentee ballots up to three times," Edson noted.

Ha, ha.  Who do you think those “some voters” are?  And what about those previous two votes cast, will they be counted as legitimate votes?  Are some voters allowed to cast three votes in Wisconsin?  You betcha.  Do you think elections in “Koch Brothers’ Korrupt Wisconsin are legitimate? 

He said that these rules are particularly significant in this election, with all the late-breaking sexual assault allegations against Donald Trump and WikiLeaks dumps of Hillary Clinton campaign emails.

Yes, while some voters in Scott Walker’s Wisconsin can cast three ballots, students at UW-GB will have a difficult time even casting one vote, thanks to the GOP. From The Nation:

A City Clerk Opposed an Early-Voting Site at UW–Green Bay Because ‘Students Lean More Toward the Democrats’

Carly Stumpner, a junior biology major at the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay, had an hour between classes to vote during Wisconsin’s April 5 presidential primary. But when she arrived at her polling place on campus, the line stretched for two hours across the student union...   When polls closed at 8 pm, there were still 150 students waiting to vote. “Some people described it as chaos,” reported Ellery McCardle of the local ABC affiliate. “People were standing shoulder to shoulder, there was absolutely no room to move around in here.”

After the primary, leaders of eight different student groups—including the Republican, Democratic, and Libertarian parties and the Black Student Union—asked the city to put an early-voting location on campus to alleviate long lines. But city officials ignored the request and opened only one early-voting site on September 26 for the entire city—the third-largest in Wisconsin—at the clerk’s office, a 15-minute drive from campus, which is open only during business hours. City Clerk Kris Teske, an appointee of Republican Mayor Jim Schmitt, a close ally of Governor Scott Walker, said the city didn’t have the money, time, or security to open an early-voting location on campus or anywhere else…

But privately Teske gave a different reason for opposing an early-voting site at UW–Green Bay…   “I have heard it said that students lean more toward the democrats…  In 2014, Wisconsin’s Republican legislature eliminated early-voting hours on nights and weekends and restricted early-voting sites to one location per city.

GOP State Senator Glenn Grothman, who’s now a member of Congress, cited extended early-voting hours in heavily Democratic cities like Madison and Milwaukee and said, “I want to nip this in the bud before too many other cities get on board.”

The cyber expert who rigged the machines, Mike Connell, was killed in an engineered plane crash shortly before he was scheduled to testify in court against Karl Rove.

That’s right, unless Donald Trump wins with a “fraud-proof margin” he cannot even question the preordained results.   So just eleven days before the presidential election, the oligarchs have thrown a “hail Mary” pass to Paul Ryan and the oligarch controlled congress.  It doesn’t matter that there’s no there, there.  The media will run with the “bombshell” October Surprise provided by the oligarch’s handmaiden James Comey. 

After the election Comey will receive another cushy job for his service to the oligarchs, maybe at the World Bank this time.  The results are in, the election is rigged, and Americans have a choice in front of them, they can either rise up and fight against the oligarchs or take Antonin Scalia’s advice and “get over it.” I for one will fight.

Donald and Hillary’s No. 1 enemy their own campaigns

The biggest enemy that Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton have in this election are their own party elite and big media that seek to destroy them.

Big media’s smear machine has kicked into high gear with only one goal, destroy Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton ensuring neither gets 270 electoral votes.  Big media and the party elite devised a plan that would toss the election to the GOP controlled House to choose the president.  Waiting in the wings is Evan Mc Mullin an ex-CIA agent, Goldman Sachs banker and Paul Ryan’s budget guru.

Campaigns destroyed from within

Clinton and Trump’s campaigns have been infiltrated with party elites who are sabotaging their respective campaigns.  New York Times reporters Susanne Craig and David Barstow revealed on This Week, someone from the Trump organization placed an envelope containing Trump’s 26 year-old tax return in Craig’s mailbox.  The illegal documents have now been published by the Times and the “bombshell” was the headliner on all the Sunday morning talk shows. 

The revelations have had little effect on Trump’s popularity.  Trump blew away his competition in the primary because he won the support of working people.  Matt Taibbi best described the Trump phenomena, “The new Republicans would no longer be the party of "business and the privileged," but the protector of a disenfranchised working class.  This was unplanned. If it happens, it'll be a change that takes place not because conservative leaders ever wanted it, but because voters demanded it.”

Small businesses do not create jobs.

For fifty years we have been told small businesses create jobs and if we just give tax breaks to the mega-corporations and small businesses great jobs will be created.  It’s a red herring, the real job creators are “new businesses.”  The number one thing that stops the unemployed from starting their own business is healthcare.  There is only one solution, Medicare for all.

The health care solution

Medicare for seniors is not free, over $100 dollars monthly is deducted from SS benefits to pay for Medicare.  In addition seniors are required to carry a supplemental plan and Medicare part D.  If Medicare were available to everyone in the nation, Obama Care, Medicare Advantage, Medicare Part D, Children’s Health Insurance and Medicaid could be eliminated.  Healthcare would become a public utility, freeing employers from the yoke of providing that costly benefits for their employees.

Public education solution

Public education needs to be restored.  Wall Street profit driven charter schools destroy communities.  Fathullah Gülen, who is the subject of an FBI investigation, owns the largest charter school network in the US, all of which are fully funded by US taxpayers. Gülen is the largest recipient of H1B visas, employing Turkish teachers in his 120 charters.  Time to end for-profit charters.

Banking as a public utility

The testimony of Wells Fargo CEO Stumpf revealed the business model of banks is fraud.  It is time to make banking a public utility that serves the community in which they conduct business.  The banks have proven they have no desire to obey the laws, and it’s time to end “too big to fail” and restore law and order.

Voters want change

The worst thing Trump could do is to run on the failed fifty year GOP platform.  He needs to go back to running as a champion for working people and ignore the muck thrown at him.   Hillary needs a major course correction and drop the politics of personal destruction.  If they don’t neither candidate will reach 270 electoral votes and the Ryan-led House will install Evan Mc Mullin as President.  We can’t let that happen.

Debate or “Never Trump” prelude to election theft

Presidential candidate, former CIA operative and GOP House policy guru Evan McMullin revealed on Sunday the “Never Trump” plot to steal the election.

Evan McMullin, the former chief policy director for the House GOP Conference and former CIA operative laid out the “Never Trump” plot to steal the November election from Clinton and Trump.  Appearing on Wisconsin’s Sunday morning political show, Upfront with Mike Gousha, Mc Mullin revealed his backers’ plot to take the election out of the voters’ hands and punt it to the GOP controlled House of Representatives. McMullin revealed the plan is “to block Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump from winning the Electoral College so that the election goes to the House of Representatives to choose the winner.”

GOP establishment candidate

McMullin entered the race in August as the “Never Trump” candidate with backing of the Republican establishment’s most well-known operatives Bill Kristol, John Kingston, Joel Searby and Rick Wilson.  Within days of the announcement of his candidacy on August 8, 2016 McMullin gained access to the ballots in Utah and Colorado and announced legal action would be taken against states with deadlines on or after August 15.  By August 14, the Independence Party of Minnesota declared McMullin their presidential nominee. 

GOP House breaks the tie

McMullin's chief strategist Joel Searby outlined the campaign strategy on August 22^nd in a memo, the campaign plans to block Hillary Clinton from reaching 270 electoral votes, thus sending the election to the House of Representatives. According to Wikipedia, Searby believes that, “once in the GOP controlled House, against the backdrop of Trump and Clinton's deeply divisive positions and after a strong electoral college showing, we believe Evan's unifying message will prevail."

Immediate ballot access

McMullin was added to the Idaho ballot on August 23, Virginia on September 2, nominated as the ballot-qualified Independent Party candidate on South Carolina on September 7^th and announced as a write-in in Alaska, Montana, Tennessee and West Virginia on September 23^rd. Once the building blocks of a stolen election were in place, the GOP set its sights on the Trump and Clinton campaigns.  Clinton’s campaign was infiltrated with the Obama operatives that viciously attacked the Clintons in 2008 labeling them as racists.  Trump’s campaign was purged of his loyalists like Corey Lewandowski and Paul Manafort and replaced with GOP stalwarts.

Running mates chosen by elite

The running mate chosen for Clinton was Obama loyalist and reliable war monger Tim Kaine and Trump’s running mate, chosen without his input was the extremely conservative, deeply unpopular Mike Pence.   Now the strategy was to narrow Clinton’s lead to ensure the race would be close enough that along with the voter ID purge and the GOP redistricting of 2010 the election could be a tie throwing the contest to the House of Representatives as the decider. 

Game set match

After a summer of attacks on the two candidates and endless GOP congressional investigations along with endless media attacks the contest has narrowed.  Tonight’s “debate” controlled by cable infotainment carnival barkers will center on solidifying the media driven impression of two deeply unpopular, divisive, dishonest candidates.  In the end, there will be a media blitz to bolster Evan McMullin as the only alternative, creating the illusion of popularity necessary to successfully steal the election.  That is the “Never Trump” plot to steal the election.

The Birther of a nation by a basket of deplorables

Why is “Birther” a subject when months ago we were told that Ted Cruz is a natural born citizen because he was born from an American uterus in Canada?

Once again the media has manufactured a controversy out of thin air, a controversy that is meaningless because just months ago Americans were told an American woman’s uterus is an American territory.  We were told Ted Cruz, born in Canada to a Cuban father and American mother was a natural born citizen because he came out of an American’s uterus.  So what’s going on?

Follow the shiny object

Why are American’s attention being diverted by the media with the birther issue?  The Guardian has obtained documentation of massive corruption in Wisconsin from the governor, to the legislature to the state supreme court.  Corruption so pervasive it has the potential to blow apart Citizens United, so voila Birtherism is reborn.

The corruption of Scott Walker and Club for Growth

The Guardian has uncovered a mountain of corruption, election fraud, cronyism and conflict of interest that took place in Wisconsin during Walker and the GOP’s 2011 recall election.  The documents are the result of a John Doe probe into Walker and Wisconsin Club for Growth, a probe that was shut down by Walker’s state supreme court in 2015.  What does that have to do with birther rebirth?  Donald Trump’s financial advisor is Stephen Moore, the founder of Club for Growth.  What better way to divert attention than to bring back the birther issue, and smear both Trump and Clinton at the same time.

Corruption in the Dismal Dairyland

In 2011 when Walker was facing a recall he needed cash so his main fundraiser, Kate Doner devised a plan to go after “corporate” money.  She advised Walker to “Take Koch’s money. Get on a plane to Vegas and sit down with Sheldon Adelson. Ask for $1m now.”  And the money poured in, not to Walker’s campaign but into the dark money group Wisconsin Club for Growth.  By funneling the cash through the CFG, Walker didn’t have to disclose who was financing his campaign.

A John Doe probe was launched into the possible campaign finance violations between the Walker campaign and the CFG.  Then in July 2015 the state’s Supreme Court ordered the termination of the investigation before any charges could be brought.  The Walker majority on the court, all of whom received significant campaign contributions from Club for Growth declared Walker and CFG “wholly innocent of any wrongdoing”.  They went even further ordering the prosecutors to “permanently destroy all copies of information and other materials obtained through the investigation.”

A real basket of deplorables

WI prosecutors have appealed the decision to the US Supreme Court and it is currently pending.  The documents leaked to the Guardian contain the substance of the case for the appeal.  It consists of email exchanges between Walker, his advisers, Republican leaders and major donors, one of which was coincidentally was Donald Trump.  The crux of the case before the US high court is, the GOP members of the WI high court were required to recuse themselves.  

What’s the precedence?  In 2009 in the case Caperton vs Massey Coal, the US high court found “if there is a serious risk of bias, such in that case where a party to the litigation who makes a substantial contribution to a judge, under 14^th Amendment due process a judge is required to recuse themselves.” In Wisconsin all of the GOP judges were bankrolled by Wisconsin Club for Growth.  The justices should have recused themselves.  Thus the Birther issue has once again reared its ugly head.

The choice Hillary or the Donald

The American people have a choice this November, stay the course with Hillary or take a chance on the Donald

Hillary Clinton is the stay the course candidate whereas Donald Trump is the “turn the ship of state around” candidate.   If you like the domestic and foreign policies of Bush/Obama, Hillary is your girl, if you don’t take a chance on Donald.  Trump is not part of the establishment and has been critical of both Bush and Obama. 

Bush/Obama anti-American policies

Friday the House voted to allow the 911 families to sue Saudi Arabia for their financing of the 911 terror attacks.  The vote followed the unanimous Senate vote earlier this year.  Obama has vowed to veto the bill.  Whose interests are being served, American or Saudi?

Wall Street over Main Street

The Federal Reserve Bank has allowed US companies to load up on debt, buy back their shares and shower shareholders with cash that exceeds the profits of the companies.  This Fed policy has decimated the middle class in America.  Who’s interests do the Fed represent, Main Street or Wall Street?  How many jobs were created by the Fed's $3 trillion in QE?  Zero.

Killing our planet

The US Corps of Engineers has allowed the looting and polluting of American’s natural resources on tribal lands.  The brave people of the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe have been fighting to protect their water and land from the Dakota Access Pipeline.  The private military G4S unleased dogs on peaceful protesters and leveled a sacred burial site in response.  The pipeline project poses a risk of irreversible damage on land, aquifers and the environment. 

On Friday, after a federal judge refused the tribe’s request to halt construction of the pipeline a joint statement was issued by the Department of Justice, the Department of Interior and the Department of the Army announcing they would not allow the construction to continue.  The construction has been halted temporarily to review compliance with the National Historic Preservation Act.

Public Education

Public education has been decimated by No Child Left Behind and Race to the Top.  After the privatization of Sallie Mae, student loan debt has ballooned to $1.3 trillion.  The Bankruptcy protection act prohibits the 40 million Americans with student loan debt from filing bankruptcy or from restructuring their loans.  ITT technical college, who received federal education funding abruptly closed last week leaving 8,000 employees jobless and 40,000 students nationwide in limbo.

Profits over people

Big Pharma has been allowed to price gouge life-saving drugs to stratospheric levels.  Neurotoxins are being sprayed across Florida and the nation to combat the mosquito borne Zika virus.  Monsanto has been given immunity from prosecution for its lethal products and TPP will allow foreign companies to sue states if they pass laws that cut into their profits.

So the choice is clear this November if you like the foreign and domestic policies of Bush/Obama vote for Hillary, if you want to take a chance on change, vote for the Donald.

Media commit treason on behalf of the oligarchs

Cable media’s quest to destroy Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump for the oligarchs who pay their salaries reaches criminal proportions.

The media have become handmaidens to the oligarchs currying favor by politically assassinating politicians who pose a threat to their special interests.  The attacks launched against Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump have been unprecedented in their fact free viciousness.  CNN has been the worst, where former journalist turned CNN carnival barker, Jake Tapper has taken lead of the pack of attack dogs manufacturing “scandals” out of whole cloth. 

Media spreads allegations without fact checking

Tapper’s show The Lead promotes every scurrilous allegation made against the candidates, as indictable facts.  Tapper echoed the charges made by Judicial Watch against Hillary Clinton that a Lebanese donor to the Clinton Foundation received special treatment and favors by the State Department.  Fox’s Eric Bolling used the JW talking points to repeat a litany of donors to the Foundation that received special favors after making donations.  What they failed to disclose is JW’s 25 year quest to destroy the Clintons. 

 Real journalist investigates

Eric Lipton of the New York Times was a recent guest on C-Span’s Washington Journal to discuss his recent exposé on Washington Think Tanks’ conflicts of interests.  A caller inquired about the charges lodged against Clinton by Judicial Watch and whether Lipton had investigated the charges.  Lipton said he was asked by the Times to help examine the allegation and determine whether or not there had been any favoritism or special access going on at the State Department.

He explained, what happened earlier this week was Judicial Watch released an e-mail from some of Clinton’s aides showing when Hillary Clinton was Secretary of State the Clinton Foundation approached some of her aides to ask them to speak with an individual from Nigeria.  That individual was a major donor to the Clinton Foundation that had connections in the Foundation that the gentleman used to contact a Clinton aide for a possible meeting with state department officials. 

Nothing inappropriate happened

Lipton was part of a group of four the Times assigned to the investigation and what they found  was the individual from Nigeria who was of Lebanese descent was simply trying to share information about an upcoming election in Lebanon that he felt the State Department should know about.  Lipton’s team found nothing inappropriate took place.  The individual never got the meeting so there was no pay to play because he never got access.  Lipton further stated it is the obligation of journalists, when allegations of this nature are made against a candidate, to dig into the matter quickly and ensure the facts are available to the public.  He said “It doesn't appear to be anything that consequential.”   

No quid pro quo just another case of media treason, spreading lies to destroy a former first lady and presidential candidate who the oligarchs hate.  That is what our treasonous media does, invents crimes and then tries to poison the minds of the public to advance candidates more to the oligarch’s liking, while lining their pockets in a real quid pro quo.  The oligarchs have selected their candidate Evan McMullin a CIA veteran and Goldman Sachs alum.  Now it’s up to their media toadies to politically assassinate the candidates chosen by the voters, committing treason if necessary.
