Netanyahu’s Flip Wilson Defense: The Devil Made Me Do It

Watching Netanyahu and his minions making the rounds on cable TV to justify killing 2,000 innocent civilians, many children in Gaza reminded me of the old Flip Wilson routine, the devil made me do it.

No matter what you do, no matter how evil your actions, as long as you invoke old scratch as the perpetrator, you have immunity.  Of course, Netanyahu can’t say “the devil made me do it” so he has to substitute the devil with whomever is the enemy, in this case Hamas.

Netanyahu is the number one executioner of the Project for a New American Century’s Clean Break strategy.  The Clean Break Strategy calls for an imperial Israel run by Netanyahu; the vehicle to achieve this goal is American military and American treasury.  According to the Clean Break Strategy, this will be devastating for the America.

Since the overthrow of the U.S. Government December 12, 2000 America has been governed by a radical bunch of government officials placed in positions of power by their think tank overlords.  The most prominent think tank is RAND Corporation (Research and Development Corporation).

This Wall Street banking cabal controls the Executive, Judicial and Legislative branches of government.  This shadow government has used U.S. Government assets in the CIA, Pentagon and State Department to overthrow governments in the world, one of which is Egypt.

In August 2013 I wrote a post to my blog called “Obama Screws Over the Egyptian People”

               Except:

In January 2011 the Egyptian people protested en masse calling for the removal of Hosni Mubarak as president and demanded free democratic elections for the president and the governing body of Egypt.

Hillary Clinton, as Secretary of State, asked the Egyptian people to allow for the orderly transition from Mubarak’s regime to Democratic elections which were scheduled for September.

"We want to see this peaceful uprising on the part of the Egyptian people to demand their rights to be responded to in a very clear, unambiguous way by the government, and then a process of national dialogue that will lead to the changes that the Egyptian people seek and that they deserve,"

“Otherwise, she warned, protesters seeking better opportunity and a stronger political voice might end up facing further repression from new leaders instead of the democratic reforms they seek.”

Soon after Secretary Clinton’s remarks President Obama, with all the diplomacy of a drunk in a bar lunging at everyone with a broken beer bottle, said “Mubarak must go”.  It was evident early on that Obama’s people and the Clinton people had very different foreign policy.

On February 11th, 2011 the military removed Mubarak from power.

Hillary Clinton was chillingly accurate in her prediction of what would happen if the “think tank cabal” had their way and removed Mubarak before an orderly transition could take place.  But people like Kerry, Biden and Nuland know that chaos breeds opportunity for the masters of war like RAND Corp.  So what happened?

Following the Egyptian Revolution of 2011, and the resignation of President Hosni Mubarak, executive power was assumed by the Supreme Council of the Armed Forces, which dissolved the parliament and suspended the constitution.

During 2011 tens of thousands of Egyptians protested in the streets against the continued military rule and Egypt’s military rulers agreed to form a new government and transfer power to a civilian body by July 2012; also the government would hold parliamentary elections on November 28 and a presidential election by the end of June 2012.

The rules for the election were released on January 30, 2012. Candidates had to be born in Egypt to Egyptian parents, may not have held dual nationality and may not have been married to a foreigner. To be nominated, they required the support of 30 Members of Parliament or 30,000 votes. The formal registration process for candidates started on March 10th and ended on April 8, 2012.

Yes, an American style election, where the candidates are chosen by the same crooked politicians that overthrew the government.  Here you go, pick one of the candidates that we will allow to run.

On April 14, 2012, the Supreme Presidential Electoral Commission (SPEC) announced the disqualification of ten candidates, mostly moderate to liberal Reasons for the disqualifications were not given, but the affected candidates were given 48 hours to appeal the decision. Two of the disqualified candidates, Suleiman and El-Shater's campaigns stated they would file appeals.  All appeals were rejected.

Mohammed ElBaradei had withdrawn his bid in January of that year citing concerns about the undemocratic way the military was governing Egypt.   Mr. ElBaradei had wanted a new constitution to be drawn up from scratch before any elections took place.

Fat chance that a “real” election would take place.  Yes, who could have predicted that the result of these lunatics’ new world order would be a bloody annihilation of poor people around the world and a springboard for the new world order of unending war and suffering to enrich the military industrial complex of RAND Corp.

So when I read this article in the rag that was once a viable, and respected publication, The Wall Street Journal, I was torn between laughter, revulsion and disgust.

Gaza Tension Stoked by Unlikely Alliance Between Israel and Egypt

The plan was simple: Israel and the new military-led government in Egypt would work together to ratchet up pressure on their shared enemy in the Gaza Strip - Hamas. But their miscalculations triggered a crisis

Israel and Egypt quietly agreed to work in concert to squeeze Hamas after Egypt's military coup in 2013, a strategy that proved effective but which some Israeli and U.S. officials now believe stoked tensions that helped spur open warfare in Gaza.

Yes, that’s right, the Kerry/Biden/Nuland/RAND totally fucked up plan for Gaza “stoked tensions that helped spur open warfare” in Gaza.  Almost 2,000 innocents killed in Gaza for what?

The U.S. encouraged Israel and Egypt to forge a close security partnership. What Washington never anticipated was that the two countries would come to trust each other more than the Americans, who would watch events in Gaza unfold largely from the sidelines as the Israelis and the Egyptians planned out their next steps

Yes, no one trusts America run by lunatics.  Biden, Nuland and Kerry were used by RAND and Netanyahu like cheap Kleenex and they were too arrogant and ignorant to see it coming.  It, being the betrayal of America by the governments of two countries birthed by US military might.

The Israeli intelligence community's conclusion: Mr. Sisi genuinely believed that he was on a "mission from God" to save the Egyptian state, the senior Israeli official said.

As soon a “mission from God” comes into the picture you know you’re screwed.

A senior Israeli official said the two governments wanted to advance their shared interests and increase pressure on Hamas. But he insisted there was no master plan to squeeze it to the point that "something would explode."

Yet when Mr. Sisi closed nearly all of the tunnels along Egypt's border with Gaza but didn't compensate for the loss of those avenues by allowing the passage above ground of needed supplies, some Israeli officials said they privately began to raise alarm bells about the severity of Cairo's decisions.

"They actually were suffocating Gaza too much," one Israeli official said.  In Gaza, the situation grew desperate.

At the start of the year, Hamas realized that Egypt's campaign to destroy the tunnels was edging it toward bankruptcy.

Yes it’s always fun until someone loses an eye, or in this case about 2,000 Palestinians losing their lives and many, many more losing everything, family, food, home, water, livelihood you name it.

In April, Hamas abruptly agreed to form a government of technocrats under Western-backed Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas, reconciling with the group that governed the West Bank after years of rivalry.

The growing dangers about Hamas's precarious position were flagged to Washington by the U.S. Consul General in Jerusalem, Michael Ratney. He saw the pressures building in the spring and concluded that Hamas was in desperate straits, unable to pay salaries to its 40,000 government workers in Gaza, and was now reaching out to the Palestinian Authority to try to relieve the pressure.

Mr. Abbas privately told diplomats afterward that he never expected Hamas to agree to the unity deal,

So this whole situation in Gaza was concocted by Israel and Egypt on a lark.  So will the U.S. Government reign in the monsters they created?

The Americans, in turn, felt betrayed by what they saw as a series of "mean spirited" leaks, which they interpreted as a message from Mr. Netanyahu that U.S. involvement was neither welcomed nor needed.

Reflecting Egypt's importance, Mr. Gilad and other officials took Mr. Sisi's "temperature" every day during the war to make sure he was comfortable with the military operation as it intensified. Israeli officials knew television pictures of dead Palestinians would at some point bring Cairo to urge Israel to stop.

"We knew we could not do something that went beyond what they could digest," a senior Israeli official said of the Egyptians. Egypt's view mattered more than America's, Israeli officials said.

When a tentative deal finally came together in Cairo to stop the fighting, Washington found itself outside looking in on the Israeli-Egyptian partnership once again.

The Obama administration knew from Palestinian contacts earlier this week that representatives of Israel, Egypt and the Palestinians were working on a new cease-fire proposal but didn't know details because they were left largely out of the discussions.

Thanks, suckers we couldn’t have done it without you.  So what is the effect on the children of Palestine brought to them by the authors of the new world order?  From New York Times:

GENEVA — As a 72-hour cease-fire took hold in the Gaza Strip, a United Nations official said Tuesday that Israel’s nearly month-long offensive against Hamas, the militant Islamist organization that runs Gaza, had had a “catastrophic and tragic impact” on children in the territory and that reconstruction would require many hundreds of millions of dollars.

The conflict has killed 408 children and injured 2,502, Pernille Ironside, the head of the UNICEF office in Gaza, said, briefing reporters in Geneva by telephone. About 373,000 children have had traumatic experiences and need psychosocial support, she said…

There isn’t a single family in Gaza which hasn’t been touched by direct loss,” Ms. Ironside said. “The impact that has on the ability of children to cope cannot be overstated.”

The weaponry used in the assault on Gaza caused amputations and maiming, she added. “This happened before the eyes of children,” she said. “They have seen their friends and their parents die.”

So does Netanyahu and the RAND Corp cabal have any misgivings over their mass murders of civilians in Gaza?  Guess not, now they’re doubling down with the RAND Corporation’s plans for mass murders and internment camps.  From Daily Mail:

Israeli official calls for concentration camps in Gaza and 'the conquest of the entire Gaza Strip, and annihilation of all fighting forces and their supporters'

An Israeli official has called for concentration camps in Gaza and ‘the conquest of the entire Gaza Strip, and annihilation of all fighting forces and their supporters’.

Moshe Feiglin, Deputy Speaker of the Israeli Knesset and member of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s ruling Likud Party, posted the inflammatory message on his Facebook page at the weekend.

In the letter he expresses his desire for the IDF to find areas on the Sinai border to establish 'tent encampments...until relevant emigration destinations are determined.'

He says that the supply of electricity and water to the Gaza would be disconnected before being 'shelled with maximum fire power.'

Feiglin explains how the IDF would then 'exterminate nests of resistance, in the event that any should remain.'

Nests, of resistance?  So is this lunatic, Feiglin a lone wolf?  Is this an attitude that is limited to a few nut cases?  From The Daily Star

No innocents in Gaza

Retired Israeli Major General Giora Eiland wrote in an op-ed that there is no such thing as an innocent civilian in Gaza. Late Monday, the former head of the National Security Council published an article on Ynet News arguing that the citizens of Gaza were as responsible for the recent violence as Hamas. He even made a comparison between the Gaza under Hamas and Nazi Germany.

"[T]hey are to blame for this situation just like Germany's residents were to blame for electing Hitler as their leader and paid a heavy price for that, and rightfully so," Eiland wrote.

Eiland's controversial remarks come amid others made by Israeli far-right bloggers and politicians. On Friday, the Times of Israel removed a blog post titled "When Genocide is Permissible," after an outcry from readers. Before that, a right-wing member of Israel's Knesset compared Palestinian children to "little snakes."

The distinction between Hamas and Gaza residents is nonexistent, Eiland argued. Instead, Eiland suggested cutting Gaza off completely, writing: "The moment it begins, the right thing to do is to shut down the crossings, prevent the entry of any goods, including food, and definitely prevent the supply of gas and electricity."

And this, my friends is what we are sending arms and money to support in Gaza.  So I ask, is everyone in Israel this hateful?   Will no one speak out against the war crimes and atrocities of Netanyahu and the RAND think tank?  From UK News:

Gaza Strip: The Jews who Loathe Israel

As the ceasefire between Hamas and Israel gets underway, anti-Israeli groups including high profile Jews have vehemently condemned Israel's offensive against Gaza that has killed more than 1,800 civilians since July 8. Here we take a look at some of Israel's enemies.

Really, if you are a Jew and speak out against Netanyahu you are an enemy of Israel?  So who are these enemies of Israel?

Norman Finkelstein

Norman Finkelstein, an American political scientist, activist, professor, and author, born to Jewish parents, is currently organising a mass pro-Gaza rally in New York on Friday to protest against Israel's actions in the month long conflict.

He wrote on Stop the Terror Bombing! Lift the Blockade! Facebook page: "I am shocked by the cowardly Israeli massacre in Gaza, and Barack Obama's cynical complicity. I am despairing that anything can be done to stop it. But its' still in our power to bear witness, so it cannot be said that we stood by silently."

You know, as a daughter of a WWII war bride and American GI, that is what sickens me the most, the people of Israel and America sitting by silently watching this genocide in Palestine.

Finkelstein's primary fields of research are the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and the politics of the Holocaust, which was motivated by the experiences of his parents who were Jewish Holocaust survivors…

He argues that Hungarian-born Elie Wiesel, winner of the Nobel Prize for Literature, who was a prisoner in the Auschwitz, and others exploit the memory of the Holocaust as an "ideological weapon" so the State of Israel "one of the world's most formidable military powers, with a horrendous human rights record can cast itself as a victim state".

Noam Chomsky
Born to a middle-class Ashkenazi Jewish family in Philadelphia, US philosopher and activist Noam Chomsky, who was once voted the world's top public intellectual is a leading critic of US foreign policy.

He believes Israel should be held to account over its actions, writing: "Israel's crimes have by now reached such an appalling level of savagery that any legitimate means should be used to protest them and bring them to an end, and soon, while something still survives their vicious and sadistic onslaught."

Mira Bar-Hillel

Mira Bar-Hillel, the property and planning correspondent for the Evening Standard, was born in Jerusalem in 1946 has described herself as a "deliberate outsider" in the British Jewish community since the most recent Gaza conflict - admitting to being on the verge of burning her Israeli passport. She was Israel's first female radio news reporter after serving as a "non-aggressive" army member before moving to the UK in 1972.

She recently defended re-tweeting a far-Right hoax, re-telling tropes about 'Jewish power' in the USA, Hoax or not, saying, "Hoax or not the message is entirely true, and increasingly so."

Alexei Sayle

The Jewish-British stand-up comedian, actor and author, whose mother Molly is from Lithuanian Jewish descent, is not a stranger to holding anarchic views and has recently been quoted as saying on Twitter in regard to the Israeli-Gaza conflict: "It is the psychology of the murderer, the rapist, the bully. That's what Israel is in this situation."

In an interview with Caabu (Council for Arab-British Understanding), he described Israel as the "Jimmy Saville of nation states", which "clearly doesn't care about damaging the lives of children."

What is the U.S. congress’ response to the genocide and murder of innocents in Gaza?  More money for more weapons.  The US congress passed by unanimous consent $225 million more to replenish Israel’s arsenal used to kill and destroy Palestinians.

How much longer can Netanyahu use the Flip Wilson defense, “the devil made me do it?”  If it’s up to the corrupt United States Senate, as long as he wants.
